Injection molding

The principle of injection moulding is to add granular or powdery raw materials into the hopper of the injection machine. The raw materials are heated and melted into a flowing state. Application:

Extrusion Molding

Extrusion molding: mainly suitable for thermoplastic forming, but also for some of the better fluidity of thermosetting and reinforced plastic forming. Blow molding

Blow moulding is a method that the melted thermoplastic material extruded from the extruder is clamped into the die, then air is injected into the material, the melted material expands under the action of air pressure, adheres to the cavity wall of the die, and finally solidifies to the desired product shape by cooling. Blow moulding can be divided into film blowing and hollow blowing.
